It's the first time in months that I went for an extended walk / shoot down the Diep River. I was not only pleasantly surprised with the great sunny morning, but also the vastly improved water conditions and the various bird species around.
A big Thank You to Caroline Marx and her team for all the hard work they are doing (with the City of Cape Town) for ensuring the Milnerton Lagoon and Diep River are slowly but surely returning to their natural clean and flowing status.
