Vernon Chalmers Photography Training facilitates Real Estate (Property) Photography and Interior Decor one-on-one photography private training (for Canon EOS / EOS R cameras) in Milnerton (opposite woodbridge Island), Cape Town - with hands-on practical sessions in-studio and any other property (that the delegate / real estate client may have access to). This property could be anywhere located in the Cape Peninsula.

Please Note: This Property / Interior Decor Photography Training intervention is for Canon EOS / EOS R bodies only.

Property / Interior Decor Photography Training Objectives

• Provide the developing Real Estate / Interior Decor photographer with the relevant photographic understanding for improving his / her current photography skill set.
• Guide the developing Real Estate / Interior Decor photographer with the required Canon equipment to succeed in the competitive Real Estate photography market.
• Demonstrate the use of cost-effective Canon camera equipment for taking advantage of various lighting conditions / exposure environments.
• Offer Lightroom post-procession training of Real Estate and Interior Decor images in preparation for various publication mediums.
• Discuss Real Estate client requirements, photography preparation, communication and other variables to provide a professional photography service within budget and expectations.

Property  / Interior Décor Photography Training Costs:
Cameras EOS / EOS R Cameras R2 250 (Three Sessions of 4+ Hours each)

This cost will include a Lightroom post-processing training orientation (if required) and an extra session could be costed in for Lightroom training for Real Estate and Interior Decor Photography at 50% of the cost of a separate Lightroom training session.

Optional Lightroom Session: Add R375 for one three to four hour training session

Ongoing Real Estate | Property / Interior Decor Photography Support
All delegates are eligible for WhatsApp / Email Support for sharing / discussing photos, learn more, get online support with Property and Decor photography. I will also accompany the delegate to a specific shoot (show house / apartment) if required (after the initial training).

Small bird photography at Kirstenbosch

The Kirstenbosch National Botanical Garden is a safe and natural environment for photographers enjoying birding, butterfly and / or flower photography. The historical gardens are professionally landscaped, well-manicured with public access to acres of lawn grass, flowers, shrubs and trees for photographing many of the large variety of smaller garden bird species during a single photography session. There are many footpaths and grass areas providing relatively close access ab abundance of smaller birds across most areas.

Recommended camera lenses for photographing small birds at Kirstenbosch
Any (zoom) lens covering the 70-200mm / 70-300mm / 100-400mm / 100-500mm or 150-600mm focal length range. I have found my 70-200mm / 70-300mm lenses a bit 'short' for real close-up images of the smaller Kirstenbosch garden birds. For most of my bird photography at Kirstenbosch I use my Canon 100-400mm zoom lens and / or 400mm prime lens (paired with different camera bodies).
