Photographing Space at Zeitz MOCAA

Observational Architecture Photography at Zeitz MOCAA Visiting the Zeitz Museum of Contemporary Art Africa during the a Space and Perception project period introduced an unexpected photographic transition from environmental observation into architectural perception. While the project itself remained primarily rooted in landscape, environmental documentation, and observational photography, the interior spaces of Zeitz MOCAA presented an entirely different form of spatial experience. Rather than approaching the museum as a formal architectural assignment, the photographs emerged responsively while moving through the structure itself.
