Apart from my current EOS / EOS R camera and photography training in Milnerton, Cape Town, I am still managing the Vernon Chalmers Photography, Canon Camera News and Mental Health and Motivation websites. The cumulative management, development and advertising / publishing deployment of all three websites are 100% under my personal ownership and all future development will continue as it did for the past 2.5 – 13 years.
Organisational Behaviour and Emergency Management
With a personal interest, academic background and lecturing experience in industrial psychology, employee (individual) wellbeing. organisational behaviour, strategic human resource planning and international economics, I recently made a decision to become more involved in a well-established local consulting agency in its offering of an unique, but ever-evolving world-class suite of emergency management services (refined over 13 years meeting various international safety standards, protocols and associated legislation).
A current bubbling order-book of well-known SA business organisations / universities / hospitals (together with a few global commercial brands) blended with a developing footprint across the African continent made the decision a natural fit ito my self-satisfying Information Technology, creative, training and development persona. I could not resist getting involved in this exciting (but, challenging) professional opportunity.
During the past three months I have received extensive training in corporate / employee safety and contemporary emergency management practice / legal requirements. A considerable part of my responsibilities are embedded in creating CAD and creative planning documentation linked to various emergency management processes towards organisational human safety and wellbeing.

What about my Photography / Photography Training?
Currently there will be no change to my existing photography training offerings. I already mentioned the removal of Adobe Lightroom-specific training modules. Lightroom (editing / Development Module only) software training will continue for current and future clients.
